Project LAUNCH (Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children's Health) brings local child-serving agencies together to coordinate and streamline policies and practices for families and children most in need and to fill service gaps where they exist. Services include: developmental assessments, integration of behavioral health programs and practices into primary care, home visiting programs, mental health consultations, family strengthening and parent skills training.
